Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any opened or worn items, are not accepted for an exchange.

Customers are responsible for any reshipping fee.

Customers have 7 days to contact our customer service email (tomorrowbrandtaipei@gmail.com) from the day the order was delivered. If customer fails to reach out within the 7-day time frame, no exchange will be permitted.
EXCHANGE POLICY:

Merchandise must be unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging to be accepted for exchange. If merchandise contains defects, please contact our service email (tomorrowbrandtaipei@gmail.com). Tomorrow will only be responsible for reshipping fees in cases of products with defects.

Customers have 7 days to contact our customer service email (tomorrowbrandtaipei@gmail.com) from the day the order was delivered for an exchange. If customer fails to reach out within the 7 day time frame, no exchange will be permitted.

All orders ship from Taipei, Taiwan.

Please expect delays with mailing carriers during the holiday seasons

After your order, please expect 7-10 business days for delivery. We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible.

All order destinations are limited to 7-Eleven convenience stores. If the address that was given on the order page is not a 7-Eleven store, your order will automatically be shipped to the nearest 7-Eleven of the given address.

If customers wish to ship to a specific convenience store, the address is expected to be written down on the checkout page.

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at convenience stores within 7 days of arrival. Merchandise arrival will be notified via cellphone messages.

Customers are expected to provide valid cellphone numbers at the checkout page.
